I recently came across these demo versions of Tegan and Sara’s amazing album The Con. The tracklist of this demo album is identical to the studio album, and is probably what you’d imagine them playing on MTV Unplugged. Remember MTV Unplugged?

Last month, Sufjan Stevens released his latest Christmas EP into the blogosphere, entitled Songs For Christmas Vol. 8: Astral Inter Planet Space Captain Christmas Infinity Voyage.

As of today, there is no word of an official release of this EP, so download it here.

On 9 December 2008, I enjoyed a rare DJ set by French veteran Mr. Oizo (Quentin Dupieux) at Cinespace in Los Angeles.  I shot a video of almost his entire set (I missed the last two songs) on my Sony DSC-W80, so the sound quality is a bit thin, but still enjoyable.

The Quicktime movie is about 79 minutes and 1.7 gigs.  Please download it and share! And if anyone knows about a good bootleg of this set, please let me know.
